Apply it to the tops of your cheekbones, cupid’s bow and anywhere else you want a gleam.

If you want a seriously bold lip for a look like Morticia Addams, go the opposite of glossy with these matte liquid lipsticks from Maybelline. Like the Revlon ones, these come in a variety of tones—30 to be exact—that look pigmented on the lips and claim to last for 16 hours. The color selection even includes a black lipstick shade, which may come in handy for ideas like a pop art costume or cutesy deer makeup.

When your makeup masterpiece is finished, lock it into place with this fan-favorite setting spray from Urban Decay. It claims to keep a full face of makeup looking fresh and smudge- and transfer-free for up to 16 hours. To apply, shake the bottle and spritz the waterproof formula two to four times all over the face from 10 inches away.
