Beauty blogger and makeup artist Chloe Morello revealed the hairbrush she swears by for sleek, silky locks and the brand saw a $100,000 jump in sales.

The Australian YouTuber, 31, calls the $39.95 'Scream-Free Detangling Brush' from Adelaide brand Ugly Swan the 'best' she has ever used.

In a TikTok video, the mum-of-one - who in June last year welcomed son Santino with her dancer husband, Sebastian Mecha - says it 'doesn't tug or pull your hair' even when it's wet or knotted after a shower.

Ugly Swan was created by two Australian mums, Marissa and Annette, who saw a gap in the market for hairbrushes that didn't cause discomfort and tugging. Wanting to help parents with the daily battle of brushing their children's hair, the Ugly Swan was born.

In 2017, the brand launched with their Scream-Free Brushes, which has now become one of the brands best-selling products, making over $100,000 in 2021 after Chloe Morello's TikTok.

The Scream-Free Brushes were designed to gently detangle hair on even the most sensitive of scalps. Made with natural boar bristles that ease your natural scalp oils down to condition your hair while soft, large-dipped nylon pins detangle without scratching or pulling on the scalp.

The brushes are designed to prevent split ends and breakage, while also reducing frizz.

Chloe's endorsement sparked a wave of excitement with many saying they had ordered the brush immediately after watching.

'Definitely need to try this,' one woman wrote.

'I bought a similar brush off Facebook and it's amazing,' said a second, while a third added: 'I have this and use it on my little girls, I love it!'

Chloe is regarded as one of Australia's leading authorities on beauty and self-care.
