2.Working principle
The disc keeps rotating during operation, powder materials flow into disc granulator, the spray device equiped on the top of disc sprays mist into disc, then mix mist and powder materials evenly, granulate into ball shape fertilizer granules. In the buttom of disc, there is a combination of blade and rubber, it can clear sticky wall material and refuse to scratch at same time.

A.Rack section, the raw material of rack is channel steel to support the transmission and rotation parts well.
B.Adjustment section, raw material of this section is steel and channel steel, it is the disc angle controller, the key of the granules rate.
C.The transmission section.
This part is the most important part of the whole machine. The motor drives the pulley, the V-belt, the reducer and the pinion. The large gear of the pinion drive granulator works . The large and small gears use high frequency quenching to delay service life. The whole granulation disc is fixed to the drive shaft of the adjustment disc.
D.Disc section, the disc edge is arc design, so the granules rate is 90%, the bottom of disc granulator add steel plate to make it more strong.
F.The clearence blade section, it is installated on the top of granulator, it is a combination of blade and rubber, it can clear sticky wall material and refuse to scratch at same time. It will help to extend life and maintain capacity.
